Guidelines for registered posters:
- Posters can be no larger than 4' x 4'. A regular size is about 3' x 4'.
- Posters should be placed in the Grand Ballroom between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 11. You will be assigned a space when you arrive.
- Presentation walls, tacks, and velcro will be available for your poster.
- Judges may ask questions during the poster session time, which is 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. on November 12.
- Judging note! At least 5 posters must be submitted in a thematic area for the posters to be judged.
